From Monday 8th March, we have once again re-opened our doors to those using daytime services for those living in Redbridge, Waltham Forest and Newham. Unfortunately we cannot provide this to those living within the Essex County Council district as they have chosen to keep their clients under lockdown. We will advise when this restriction has been lifted.

Everyone that comes back in will be placed in a designated “bubble group” and remain in this group at all times along with set staff. This way we can mitigate cross contamination and provide services in the safest way. We are also testing staff and service users weekly using PCR tests (staff) and LFT (members) to make sure we are as safe as can be.

We understand that not everybody is ready to come back in and for these people we will continue to support everyone at home, just as we have done before, through:

Online services- via Zoom and You Tube Live- Live streams in Art, music, singing, drama, Zumba, fitness, dance and Thai Chi.

Activity packs-  Sent out to all our members on a weekly basis including art packs (see below)

Multi- Me – Online chat, discussion and games via the Multi-Me portal

Crisis 1:1 service- A personalised service to support families struggling at from home at times and length agreed

Welfare checks- We will keep in touch with you regularly to check all’s well. Let us know if there’s anything we can help you with.

Art packs are available on request to all our day service members. These contain paints, drawing pads, felts, pencils and other items needed to participate in our online activities. Contact the office if you need these and we will deliver. You can of course, use your own if you have the items available.

And finally, please ensure that we have your email address to keep you updated and able to send you the latest activity information and links to access them. If you have not received anything from us so far, drop us an email to be added. Send to:

Keep safe, keep well.
