The 'Groovy Cat Club' is run by and for people with learning disabilities and their friends.

Membership isn't needed, just turn up and bring your own support worker. Members of Uniting Friends can buy their support worker if they prefer.

When: First Thursday of each month, 7:30PM - 10:30PM

Where: Champs Sports Bar and Grill, 19-21 Chapel Road, Ilford, IG1 2AF (see map below).

Cost: £3 entry. Pay at the door. Free cloakroom.

Rules: Over 18s only.

Safety: Lighting may affect those with photosensitive epilepsy.
