How do I book OTE Events?

1. Visit our new website www.unitingfriends.org.uk
2. On the navigation bar near the top, click "Activities and Events" > "Out There! Evening and Weekend Activities" > "Events to Book".                                      
3. Browse the list of activities and events - you can click on each one to see all the relevant information.                  
4. On the event you wish to book, scroll down the page to "Book a place" and enter the number of tickets you wish to book. Click "Book".                                                                   
5. If asked, enter the member's name and click "Confirm".                                                 
6. On the checkout page, enter payment details.                                                              
7. The first time you use this, you will be asked to register with your name and email address. In the future, you won't need to do this.                                     
8. At the bottom of the page, click "Complete purchase".                                     
9. You will receive an email confirming your booking and payment.

You can only pay for one event at a time, we are working to rectify this.  

Please note that there is a maximum booking of 4 activities per person each quarter.  Our quarters run from Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep and Oct-Dec.  Booking more than 4 activities within a single quarter will automatically generate a refund and you will not be listed to attend.
