This session encourages hand and eye coordination for needle work skills. This session is very therapeutic so as your skills grow your relaxation levels improve. You can choose from a wide variety of pre-made designs or one can be uniquely made for you.

• Cross-stitch is a form of sewing.  
• This popular form of counted-thread embroidery has “X-shaped” stitches, which are used to form a picture.  
• Cross-stitch is the oldest form of embroidery and can be found all over the world.
• Counted cross stitch is very easy to learn. The fabric is woven in such a way that you know exactly where to place your needle.
