Every week we have several drop-in sessions. This means that members do not need to book in advance, and they happen at the same time, same place each week or month.

We run a Pub Night, a Change4Life session (yoga, gym, zumba or healthy eating class), a pop-up cafe evening, and once a month we go to a nightclub and also have our radio show broadcast!
