Daytime Activities

Our flagship daytime project Out There! Daytime offers a wide range of activities designed to teach our members about health and wellbeing in a fun way. For example, we offer: A walking group, Slimming World, Tai Chi and Yoga. See our current range of 'health and wellbeing' activities offered.

Our Allotment

We have a horticultural employment and training programme called Sprout There! It offers participants an opportunity to grow their own food and learn how to cook it. Read more here.

Change 4 Life

Every week we run a drop-in Change 4 Life session. It rotates between Yoga, Zumba, a healthy eating class or a visit to the gym!

Barry McGuigan Boxing Academy

We’ve teamed up with the BMBA to offer a new programme as part of our Out There! Daytime activities. This exercise and fitness boxing session is for adults with a learning disability of all abilities.
