Potted Panto (7 Pantos in 1!) - Wednesday 11th December

The West End’s longest running pantomime returns to the East End for the second year. Potted Panto brings you seven classic pantomimes in 80 hilarious minutes! In a madcap ride through the biggest stories and best-loved characters from the wonderful world of pantomime, the dastardly double act dash from rubbing Aladdin’s lamp to roaming the golden streets of Dick Whittington's London and making sure that Cinderella gets to the Ball.

We help you to develop your confidence and to speak out and share your opinions!
Independent living skills

We have a fully furnished training flat where we support you to learn all the skills you need to live independently - cooking, cleaning and even doing the laundry!
Training Cafe

We have a training cafe where members can learn how to prepare, cook and serve food and drinks.
Health and wellbeing

We have many projects and activities to do with improving health and wellbeing. Gym, sports, Slimming World, cooking classes, growing food, yoga...you name it, we've got it!
Getting into work

We support you and provide training to learn all the skills you need to find a job and do well in the world of work.
Sprout There!

We have a horticultural employment and training programme called Sprout There! It offers participants an opportunity to grow their own food and learn how to cook it.
Gain Independence

We offer training and support for our members' to become more independent wherever possible. We have a fully furnished training flat to teach cooking, cleaning and laundry, as well as a range of special activities and support groups.
