Daytime opportunities

Uniting Friends offers a huge range of daytime activities. Most are part of our Out There! Daytime programme.

"I love coming here [to Out There! Daytime]. I've got good friends here. I like riding the bikes and going to the gym. Slimming World has made me confident as I've lost a lot of weight!" - Annette

"I feel so happy here. It's about friendships. I've also learnt to cook and know about independence. I can cook a jacket potato by myself and make coleslaw, salad and pasta. I've also learned about health and hygiene and hold a certificate. I've learnt about money too." - Jess
